Electric scooter liideway Return without reason
a. Within 7 days from the time of delivery and receipt from the warehouse, the electric scooter liideway has no use trace and does not affect the secondary shelf sales support; There are traces of use that affect the secondary sales. Unjustified return is not supported.
b. For return without reason, the buyer shall pay for each piece: logistics fee (shipping and return freight), inspection fee, packaging fee (including packaging materials), shelf fee and operation fee. And before sending, affix the label sheet as required. If the buyer (e-commerce) causes damage to the package on the way back, all losses shall be borne by the buyer.

Product after-sales problems
a. If there are non-human factors affecting the quality of the riding function within 5 days from the time of sending and receiving the goods from the warehouse, it is allowed to return the goods. The description of the quality problem is not true and does not support this regulation.
b. If parts have been reissued to the buyer due to product quality problems, it is deemed that the buyer has accepted its own repair. In this case, return is no longer allowed.

d. The buyer should provide accurate delivery address information. If the package delivery fails and is returned to the warehouse due to the buyer's wrong delivery information, the courier can't contact the buyer, the receiving place has access control and other abnormalities, the buyer should bear the operation cost of returning to the warehouse.

After sales terms
